I got up on time for my seven a.m. call today, and although it overran by ten minutes, still managed to get the girls to school on time. The rest of the day was pretty intensive work on documentation and answering people’s questions; if my documentation was better, I’d have less people asking me questions, but the volume of questions makes it hard to concentrate on documentation. Ah well…
This evening the girls were a little fractious, probably due to being tired after their first 3 days of school in months. They did fall asleep almost instantly; I was zonked myself and had hoped to prep some 3d printing, but didn’t have the mental energy. I contented myself with prepping my team for the Chaos Cup, and then painting my little gantry crane model to look like a well-used piece of industrial equipment.
All the while, Frogmorton prowled around the house. We’ve just had window sills installed in lots of places where previous he was leaping up on unfinished surfaces – with that, and the bathroom floor almost complete, the house continues to lurch closer to completion…
