After I’d got the kids down tonight, I went to the gym. I was feeling it’s a waste just to turn up, swim for ten minutes and then go to the sauna, so I spent ten minutes on the bouldering wall they have (OK for strength training but not much else), attempted to do 30 minutes of swimming (14 laps, then I was done for) and then managed 12 minutes in the sauna. So I’m gradually expanding my efforts.
I got home, my wife was asleep on the sofa. I watched TV for an hour, she didn’t wake up, I had a beer, she woke up, we watched some people do stupid things on YouTube.

Now it’s time for bed. My arms no longer work, and nor do my legs. I’m so excited by the thought of sleep. This does mean I’m neglecting my MBA a bit though.
