Pressure drop

The pollution started at above three hundred today, then dropped precipitously at midday (a change in the way the wind blew?) before working back up again this evening. It’s faintly ridiculous that a PSI of 120, well in the unhealthy range, feels like fresh air in comparison. Until you go outside, that is.

I feel rotten today; in addition to everything else, I think I’ve come down with something – I feel nauseous, I have a migraine and my knees ache. Could this be the onset of flu in the tropics? I can’t get sick, I mustn’t get sick… I’ve got sick. Nothing for it but to go to bed and hope a proper sleep cures all. In bed before 10pm, praying for a cancellation tomorrow – who would have thought it?
